Alam Santi Trainings: A photobook of events over the years

The Alam Santi team loves to teach. Over the years, we have had the privilege of training a wide range of stakeholders, from government officials and international development organisations to resorts, social and environmental impact venture teams, architecture firms and contractors, as well as grassroots communities and local NGOs.
Each audience brings a different starting point, and our training reflects that. Government and development partners often need frameworks that translate into policy and programme design. Resorts and business teams tend to need practical, operational solutions they can implement quickly. Architecture firms and contractors work best with technical detail grounded in real projects. Grassroots communities and local NGOs need training that's hands-on, visual and immediately usable in the field, often without relying on formal literacy or lengthy written material.
What stays consistent across all of it is the approach: training built on decades of hands-on experience across disaster response, sustainable design and environmental education, not theory delivered from a distance. Whether the room is full of government officials or schoolchildren, the goal is the same, giving people the practical tools and confidence to apply what they've learned long after the session ends.
This is also where Alam Santi and Ecogames work closely together. Many of our trainings draw directly on Ecogames' game-based tools, turning what could be a standard lecture into something interactive and memorable, particularly for audiences who learn better through doing than through slides.
