Alam Santi considers Emmanuel Foundation's Innovative Schools Programme (ISP) and Mobile Library Programme (MLP) among the most powerful education programmes operating in Indonesia today. Running for more than twenty-five years, the Foundation delivers what we consider the highest quality teacher training available in the country; the passion, mission and quality of its team are unsurpassed. Here at Alam Santi and Ecogames, we are extremely grateful to be partnering with this wonderful team.

Ecogames' games have been part of the Mobile Library Programme since late 2025. In just six months, the Foundation’s Mobile Library team has brought Ecogames to nine schools and two communities across Jakarta and Bogor, with participation from 491 children to date. Sessions have run at schools including SDN Puspanegara 06, SDN Citeureup 05, SDN Citaringgul 04, SDN Joglo 10, SDN Pengadegan 03, SDN Citatah Jaya and SDN Bojongkoneng 03, alongside community sessions in Cigobang and Citeureup, using a set of Ecogames comprising Big Blue Rescue, What's Up Earth?, Plastic Island, Operation Ocean and MuZe Cubes. These are rotated for use depending on each group's age range and the setting at the time of the visit.
Children were also invited to gather and share their thoughts while playing Plastic Island in an area that has been severely impacted by flash floods and landslides in the Cigobang community in Lebak Gedong, Lebak Regency. These regular engagement activities are a powerful reminder of how the Mobile Library's reach extends well beyond routine school visits to help children reclaim a sense of agency in times of upheaval.
In 2025, Alam Santi and Emmanuel Foundation had a dynamic three-day workshop where the two organizations shared about their mutual missions and explored what a deeper collaboration could look like. The outcome was a clear, shared intention to work together going forward, with Alam Santi and Ecogames positioned as a strategic partner in the Foundation's education work.
Given the scale and quality of what this team has built over twenty-five years, Alam Santi sees enormous value in helping extend this unique Foundation’s reach wherever possible. This is one of the long-term aims of this collaboration: as Ecogames evolves, we aim to go beyond contributing games to existing activities, and to support Emmanuel Foundation and its mission more broadly.
For now, if you are inspired by this story and in a position to support Emmanuel Foundation's work, whether through the ISP teacher training programme, the Mobile Library, or simply the Foundation itself, we certainly encourage you to make a donation here or reach out to them directly. Their work is incredible across the board, and it's the kind of programme that deserves far wider visibility and support than it currently receives.
Alam Santi extends its sincere thanks to the whole Emmanuel Foundation team for the trust, for the collaboration, and for their twenty-five years of work that speaks for itself.
